Our Story

We specialize in transforming venues into immersive environments that reflect your story, your style, and your celebration’s soul.

Our creative philosophy is rooted in intentional design, where every floral arrangement, lighting cue, and layout choice is curated to elevate the moment and leave a lasting impression.

With years of experience across weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and cultural events, we thrive on scale, complexity, and personalization. From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, we manage every décor element with seamless coordination and a deep commitment to excellence.

Whether you're celebrating a milestone, honouring tradition, or simply gathering those you love, Y-Squared Designs is here to elevate your experience. We don’t just decorate; we design atmospheres that linger in memory long after the last toast.
